He was instrumental in bringing E-Hoops to the University of San Francisco campus. That program has since become the largest E-Hoops program in the Bay Area.

Ray’s vision has led E-Hoops to partner with the University of San Francisco Men’s and Women’s Basketball teams and has volunteer coaches from the University of the Pacific.
